4G & 5G internet connections

The fifth generation of mobile internet connection provides much faster data download and upload speeds. It also reduces the time it takes devices to communicate with wireless networks - known as latency.

5G is leaps and bounds faster compared to the 4G which was launched back in 2009. According to Qualcomm, 5G could achieve browsing and download speeds that 10 to 20 times faster then current 4G mobile network. 

This means downloading a high-definition film in seconds. Video calls will be glitch free, and gaming latency will pretty much disappear.

5G makes greater use of the radio spectrum, allowing many more devices to access the mobile internet simultaneously.
